Cape Cod Whale Watch

The waters around Cape Cod consistently rank as one of the worlds top 10 whale watching destinations because the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary is the seasonal home to Humpback, Finback, Minke, Right and Pilot Whales as well as Dolphins, Porpoises and Seals.

A Cape Cod whale watch is one of the most educational experiences you'll have on Cape Cod.  You'll not only learn about the marine life around the Cape but also about maritime history and the history of the Cape.

Although whales can be spotted almost year-round, the best time to go on a whale watch is early spring when the migration of hundreds of whales return to their summer feeding grounds in The Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary.
